My goal is to create beautiful, functional tableware. I am always trying to broaden my vocabulary of forms, while distilling my surfacing to something elegant. Patterns create a soothing rhythm, while the atmospheric process of salt firing disrupts the symmetry. Different motifs are repeated and remixed. My inspiration comes from buildings, suspension bridges, mandalas, and dresses.
